Project overview:
Assess the efficiency and effects of delivering biotherapeutic molecules in vitro. The molecules are being delivered using pH sensitive, membrane disruptive polymers. The cells are then analyzed at the mRNA level using cDNA microarrays and quantitative RT-PCR.
