AV Equipment Reservations

The AV equipment reservation system is changing, until the new version is online please follow these directions.

The AV equipment calendar can be viewed online, but reservations must be made by email.

AV Equipment is reserved by sending an email to Sam Herschbein.

Reservations must have your full name, the equipment needed, and the exact start and end dates & times. Please reserve equipment as far ahead as possible so conflicts can be resolved and the equipment checked.

Tapes for the Canon camcorder are not provided. There are old blank tapes for the VHS recorder. Generally, the user provides their own CDs & DVDs.
